(BMI) in Nashville, where he signs and develops top talent while supporting songwriters and publishers through education, networking, and showcase programming. A respected industry advocate, he serves on multiple boards including the CMA, ACM, NCVC, and the National Museum of African American Music, and is active with the Recording Academy and Leadership Music.
